Hey friends! It's been a while since the last blogger team-up I did and the reason behind it is DISTANCE. You see, not all my blogger friends are from my city, and, during the holidays a lot of them travelled, that made things a bit difficult. Fortunately we live in a modern world and there's always a way to connect even if we're miles away.
With that in mind, meet Eduardo Garpe, one of the few menswear Mexican bloggers out there. Eduardo lives way north from me, near the States, but that didn't stop us from finding a way to collaborate. I've been talking to this guy a lot recently and he's very cool and down to Earth, the way bloggers should always be, haha. He came up with the idea of doing a shoot featuring military jackets and these were the results.
I think it's important to reach out to other bloggers, even if you don't live in the same city. Most of the times, they will be really nice and interesting projects may happen. Also, it's like having a pen-pal (and I love that idea), imagine how awesome it's going to be when you're in the same city, it's like having a close friend in a foreign land and that's pretty great.

// ¡Hey amigos! Ha pasado un rato desde la última colaboración en equipo con otro blogger y la razón tras eso es DISTANCIA. Verán, no todos mis amigos bloggers son de mi ciudad, y, durante las fiestas decembrinas, muchos de ellos se fueron de viaje, eso hizo las cosas un poco más difíciles. Afortunadamente, vivimos en un mundo moderno y siempre hay forma de conectar, aún con kilómetros entre nosotros.
Con eso en mente, conozcan a Eduardo Garpe, uno de los pocos bloggers mexicanos de moda masculina que hay allá afuera. Eduardo vive muy al norte de mi, cerca de Estados Unidos, pero eso no impidió que encontráramos una forma de colaborar. He estado hablando mucho con él recientemente y es muy buena onda y centrado, como los bloggers deben de ser, jaja. Se le ocurrió la idea de hacer una sesión de fotos con piezas militares y éstos fueron los resultados.
Creo que es importante contactar a otros bloggers, aún si no viven en la misma ciudad. La mayor parte del tiempo, serán muy amables y proyectos interesantes pueden surgir. Además, es como tener un amigo por correspondencia (y me encanta esa idea), imaginen qué padre será cuando estén en la misma ciudad, será como tener un amigo cercano en una tierra extranjera y eso está increíble.
