‘He gave me his heart and I said yes’ gushed Lady Gaga, as she shared the above picture of her and long-term boyfriend Taylor Kinney clasping hands after his proposal last week. Within seconds, the web was going wild wanting to know who designed this heart-diamond ring.

The answer was Lorraine Schwartz – a jeweller well-known on the red carpet and for having designed both Beyoncé and Kim Kardashian’s engagement rings. Gaga thanked Loraine in a second post, where she revealed intimate details; a heart and their initials, set with white diamonds on the back of the ring.
