All Coconut White Card on this one.
I started with the frame. I cut the outer die in Sue Wilson's Ornate Pierced Squares and then I cut the 3 largest dies together. I glued the 2 pieces together and put aside to dry. Once dry, I seated the inner die back in the frame and ran through the Spellbinders Platinum Machine on the cut sandwich to make the frame.

I embossed a piece of card with the Creative Expressions Star Swirls Embossing Folder. I added 3D Foam to the back of the frame and added it to the embossed piece, trimming away the excess.

I stamped the sentiment from the Creative Expressions Petite Lavish Sentiments Stamp Set using Clear Perfect Medium and embossed with Cosmic Shimmer Silver Shine Detail Embossing Powder. I cut it our using die 2 in the Wellington Set and also cut die 3. I stacked these up onto the other die cut using 3D Foam.

I assembled the card as shown adding some White Pearls and piercing around the edges using my Tim Holtz Ruler, Precision Probe and Piercing Mat.
