Holly Jolly Christmas Punch

When it comes to holiday cocktail recipes, a Christmas punch is always a go-to for me. In this post, I'm sharing a new favorite: my Holly Jolly Christmas Punch. It's incredibly easy to make and wonderfully delicious. Let's stir up a batch.

Holly Jolly Christmas Punch

Several years ago I shared a Christmas punch recipe here on Inspired by Charm. (It's my Jingle Juice Holiday Punch.) Since then, that has been one of the most popular posts on my blog during the Christmas season. Well, I'm back with another punch recipe that's about to give Jingle Juice a run for its money.

I love crafting cocktails for the holiday. In fact, I have an entire post dedicated to them. Want more? You can find all of my favorite Christmas cocktail recipes HERE.

Like most punches, this Holly Jolly Christmas Punch is so simple to make and will please the palate of just about everyone - everyone that is of legal drinking age of course! In fact, I just made this punch this past weekend before my mom arrived and she loved the the recipe as much as I did.

What Goes Into This Christmas Punch:

  • pineapple juice
  • cranberry juice
  • Squirt
  • tequila
  • cranberries and limes (to garnish)

If you're anything like me, you might be surprised that tequila is the liquor of choice for this Christmas punch. To be honest, when I got the recipe from a friend, I was a bit concerned as tequila isn't my favorite unless it's served in margarita form.

However, don't let the tequila fool you. I actually had my mom try this punch and she had no idea it was made with tequila. She just loved the flavor as much as I did.

How To Make Holly Jolly Christmas Punch:

It's easy!

Step One: To a large punch bowl, add the cranberry juice, pineapple juice, tequila and Squirt. Stir to combine.

Step Two: Add large ice cubes to chill. Garnish with fresh cranberries and lime slices.

As you might have expected, this is pretty easy. You just add everything to a large punch bowl, toss in some ice, and serve immediately. Because you want the fizz of the soda, this isn't a punch you would make in advance; make just before you're ready to serve it. I've provided exact ingredients and instructions in the printable recipe card below.

For the ice, I love using these large ice cubes when I'm making punch. Not only do they take longer to melt, but when filled with pretty things like cranberries, pomegranate arils (seeds), and lime slices, they make any punch look quite beautiful too.

You can find the exact mold I used HERE. I had them for years and love them!

And because I know I'm going to get questions about this fabulous punch bowl and glassware set, I wanted to let you know I purchased it last year at CB2. Unfortunately, it's no longer available on their site. It may be that it's just sold out. If that is the case, I'll be sure to keep checking and update this post with a link when available.

And that is it my friends, your Holly Jolly Christmas Punch is ready to be served and enjoyed. If you're looking for a delicious and easy Christmas punch recipe, look no further. I promise you, this one is a winner.
