Adventures in Film - Pentax K1000

Sunday Matt and I went to one of my very favorite places and I brought along my Pentax K1000, Polaroid Land Camera 104 and Holga 120 3D. This is the third roll I've shot through my Pentax, but only the second I've developed. (I haven't had time to make it out to the professional camera shop downtown to get the black and white roll developed :( ). I used Kodak Ektar 100, and I am in love with this film! I'll definitely be ordering more soon.
We hadn't been there since late July. The weather has just been so hot and sticky and that along with ticks and mosquitoes and lugging around all the cameras I take (a minimum of three and they get heavy!) makes it a little rough. But Sunday the weather was perfect so we spent a few hours there.

The amount of photos I have of Matt holding things could fill a book. Honestly, I kind of intend on making one haha.

I could definitely see and feel Fall slowly starting to creep in. Normally it's something I kind of dread (I love Fall, but here it is so short! It seems like one day it's 90 degrees and humid and the next it 30 degrees and I'm freezing to death. I swear with Tennessee there's hardly any in-between.)

An unfortunate moth.

This guy was a lot luckier.

There were caterpillars absolutely everywhere, but unfortunately, all the guys that look like this one came out super overexposed!

Although there were tons of the yellow caterpillars around, this was the only one of these kind that I saw. Research says that this is a Milkweed Tiger Moth, or Milkweed Tussock.

I have a bunch of things to do today, but its so pretty outside I'm kind of considering going back...
