Malibu Engagement Photos // Kevin + Ashley

In a little over one week, this beautiful couple will be tying the knot and becoming husband and wife! I couldn’t be more excited to get to shoot another Hummingbird Nest Ranch wedding this year with such an awesome couple. Hummingbird Nest Ranch is one of my favorite Los Angeles wedding venues! So get ready for an overload of Instagramming and Facebook sneak peeks coming soon.

For Kevin and Ashley’s engagement session we decided to head up to Malibu Creek State Park and enjoy the mountainous terrain and open fields. Both Ashley and Kevin are LA natives and so I thought it would be perfect to take some Malibu engagement photos to celebrate their relationship and love for their hometown. As a Los Angeles engagement photographer, I am always happy to find new locations and get to try out spots that I’ve been dying to shoot at! And this was definitely one of those places. I couldn’t get enough of the pretty late afternoon light, open spaces and fun loving nature of Kevin and Ashely.
