Peltzer Pines Christmas Tree Farm Holiday Portraits // Chris + Addy

Is there any place more festive than a Christmas Tree farm around the holidays? Growing up in Los Angeles we would typically pick our Christmas Tree up from the local YMCA one night after school and head home! I had no idea that we even had Christmas Tree farms in Southern California. What a sheltered life I led growing up! ;) But back to this darling maternity session! Addy and Chris are such a sweet couple who will be welcoming a baby girl into their family in a few short months! I was so thrilled that they were willing to make the drive all the way out to Peltzer Pines Christmas Tree Farm in Brea for their maternity shoot. I kind of wish I had known about this place a few weeks earlier so that I could have tried to convince some of my other clients to venture out to this amazing spot, too! But there is always next year. So as most Southern California residents know (or are quickly learning) our winter’s are full of sunshine and light sweater weather with a dash of rain here and there, so finding places that really feel like winter and Christmas is sort of a challenge. But with Addy and Chris’ cozy wardrobe, a lot full of trees and cute holiday/baby decor I think we definitely nailed Christmas in Los Angeles with this session! Happy Holidays!
