JINGLES the JESTER is a Child-Friendly Costumed Character available to appear at parties, parades, and walkabout "meet-and-greet" events. TRICIA is a retired CHILDREN'S Face Painter. Jingles and Tricia have been Entertaining at children's birthday parties and community events since 2001.
