wish upon a star

Tjugohundrafjorton har varit året med tusen och åter tusen insikter. Beska och svåra att förlika sig med. Men tvungna. Stegen är långsammare nu. Mer eftertänksamma. Det kommer bli bra.

Vänder blicken mot stjärnorna de viskar att tjugohundrafemton kommer bli bättre. Ber stjärnorna om hjälp. Ber om att ett stjärnregn ska dansa genom natten. Bär på många önskningar inombords. Glaset. Inte längre halvtomt. Istället halvfullt med gnistrande stjärnstoft.

Bläddrar i gamla favorit magasin, med den där kate på framsidan. Läser bilderna. Tacksamt när kylan biter.

Vart jag än går bär jag med mig min kamera. Trösten. Fotograferandet. En stjärna att följa. Lägger på ett leende, för jag vet att det kommer leta sig inåt.
Nyårslöften? Ja. Mindre socker och mer glädje. Mindre kamp och mer go with the flow.
Vad har ni lovat?

Det finns människor där ute som inspirera så mycket trots att jag aldrig möt dem. Vill bara sända ett tack till hon som får ljuset och orden att dansa. Och hon som fyller vardagen med värme och färgsprakande bilder.

2014 has been the year with thousands and thousands insights. Bitter and hard to reconcile itself to. But forced. The steps are slower now. More thoughtful. It will be fine. Eyes turn to the stars they whisper that 2015 will be better. I ask the stars for help. Asking for a star-rain to dance through the night. Carry on many wishes inside. Glass. No longer half empty. Instead, half full of sparkling stardust.
Browsing through old favorite magazine, with that kate on the front. Reads the images. Gratefully, when the cold bites. Wherever I go, I carry my camera with me. Consolation. Photographing. A star to follow. Adds a smile, because I know it will seek inwards.
New Year's Resolutions? Yes. Less sugar and more joy. Less struggle and more go with the flow.
What have you promised?
There are people out there who inspire so much even though I never meet them. Just want to send a thank you to her who receive the light and the words to dance. And she that fill everyday life with warmth and colorful images.
