Mastering the art of layering is not an easy feat. Mixing and matching requires experimentation. Who would have thought that a cut-out tank would look chic when worn over a crisp white button-down. And I did not just stop there. I layered the tank with a drapey skirt underneath to achieve a maxi dress silhouette. Placing a belt around the waist is also an excellent way to lengthen your body.
So I guess playing dress up once in awhile is a good way of discovering possible combinations.
