i’ve tried to write this in my head a few times and it’s so hard to find the words. this couple is so… me. we met at the ivy place in lancaster, sc.

we laughed a ton. we ran through fields. we got to know each other. and i took photographs. and then i tripped over a log and planted my face in the dirt. but i’m ok. and my camera is too. my pride… well that’s another story. talk about embarrassing. but i don’t even care because this session was still perfect to me. it is definitely somewhere at the top of the list of favorite all time sessions.

one month from today i will drive to georgia and photograph their wedding. it’s going to be one of the best days all year.
