Starting from the top of my head I made a tight fishtail braid.

To make the braid fuller I pulled it apart as much as I could, I love big braids.

Then I gathered all my hair in to a side ponytail with a black elastic I got from Wal-mart.

I wrapped the fishtail braid around the black elastic & secured it with a bobby pin.

To create the flower, I braided a tight three-stand braid.

Then only pulled out one side of the braid to create the “petals”.

Then right on top of my ponytail I started to roll the braid in to a mini bun with he side I pulled out on the outside & secured with a bobby pin.

Pinned this little flower like crazy a fixed it to the look I was going for.
