Saturday Sharing

Happy Weekend wishes everyone. I know I rarely post on Saturday but I’m trying something new this week. It’s important to try new things don’t you think? It’s been a rough week here ( health wise). But, I am blessed to be loved and have the care of, my beloved husband and our wonderful daughter. As always I stay positive and have Faith that helps me to move forward. I thought today was a great day to try a “possible” new blog series, ” Saturday Sharing”. It will include a few things you may have missed at Katherines Corner along with a few new things to share. If you like this type of post I will do it again.

This weeks Make It Monday shined the light on a few of the many wonderful blogs sharing at the blog hop last week and you can still share at this weeks blog hop too until midnight ( MST).

I shared a simple and tasty Baked Chili and Cheese Taquito recipe yesterday, its terrific for snacking . I started thinking about other yummy fillings for the recipe, next time I think I’ll used ground chicken breast.

Whether you are an old bloggy friend or a new bloggy friend chances are you know I dream of living in a little cottage by the water. I found a lovely lake cottage tour and decor at Beautifully Seaside.

Its national ice cream day tomorrow, whats your favorite ice cream? I used to love pistachio and mint chocolate chip. Sadly…I can’t have milk, chocolate, sugar or nuts anymore…But it doesn’t stop me from drooling when I see something as yummy as this strawberry ice cream ..giggle.
