500 days of summer

Hi my loves! First of all happy belated father’s day. I hope you all had the opportunity to spend Sunday with your beloved daddy and enjoy some peaceful, relaxing family time like we all should have. I personally have been thinking and texting my family non stop as again, it’s been ages since I haven’t seen them and I do miss them terribly! But I am excited to announce that today I’ll be leaving to Europe and more precisely France for a month where I’ll be working on a bunch of very exciting projects. Big things ahead guys, big things. And while I am in town, my family will probably come over for a little catch up and HUGE family reunion dinner. Crossing fingers that everything works out.

These last couple of days in L.A have been absolutely magical. I am lucky to say that after searching and searching for the perfect intern out here, we finally found a pearl! Her name is Cibelle and you guys might have seen her appear in my Instagram account already as we’ve pretty much spent the whole week together getting to know each other better. We wrapped up super productive week with a Saturday getaway in Malibu which was completely magical and so uplifting. If you guys are ever over there, you HAVE to try out the Wine Safari. It’s worth everything.

The images you see appear on the blog today have been shot by her. I find it always so much fun to work with new people. It’s such a beautiful experience and you always learn so much from one another. I love witnessing the various working methods of each individual and I’m just fascinating to see how for each photographer, depending on their vision, the result will become something completely new and different. That day, we were hanging around Melrose Place, grabbing coffee at Alfred’s while brainstorming new ideas and I wore this really cool, super casual look. To add a little pop of color, I matched it to this Akris Anouk envelope bag in it’s gorgeous citrus color.

On another hand I am so pissed off as I lost the sunnies I wear in this post! I had just bought them that week and was SO excited to wear them non stop… So you guys, if you ever find them : send them my way any way possible. Okay? Just saying.
