Favorite Faux Fur

This is one of those jackets that when you see it again you want to wear it immediately. We photographed this outfit before we left and here we are in 75 degree weather in Las Vegas for a retail tradeshow for West & Lou and I'm sitting here thinking to myself 'man, I should have packed this jacket.' No, Kendi, you can't wear a faux muppet jacket all the time. But I am kind of hoping for some cooler weather when we get back so I can wear this tomorrow. Who am I kidding, I'm wearing this tomorrow no matter what the temperatures. True fashion rebel.
A few weeks ago I blogged about this color obsession with pale pink and a few of my favorite things in that shade. Well this dress ended up not only in that post but in a shopping cart. It's the softest pink you've ever seen, so soft it kind of doesn't even register as pink in the photos but I swear it is. It's also very fitted, which is not like me at all -- I tend to go more flowy with dresses than fitted. But the fabric is structured, doesn't show the nooks and crannies, and I've covered everything else in muppet fur, so I guess it is like me after all.
