I'd be lying to you if I said I haven't been waiting for this day all summer. Today started the Nordstrom anniversary sale early access -- which means that if you are a cardholder then you can shop the best sale ever early. (Don't worry if you aren't a card holder you can always sign up for a card and get access or just window shop now and save things to a wish list for access on July 17th.) I woke up early like it was Christmas morning and went ahead and pulled all of my favorite pieces that I've got my eyes on. (My very, very big eyes obviously.) The best thing about this is sale is you can go ahead and get great fall staples on sale and be ahead of the curve this upcoming season. I've got my eyes on the fall essentials above. And aren't the colors for fall just the prettiest? Lots of neutrals, light pinks and greens. I am still very much in summer mode but darn, I can't wait till fall. It's a favorite of the four seasons. I still love you summer, but today I'm seeing fall.
A few Nordstrom sale highlights: -- I'm on the look out for boots this fall. These Stuart Weitzman boots have been on my wish list for years and so are these ankle booties. Black ankle booties have never done me wrong.
-- Denim as always is on my list every time there is a sale. I have this pair and love them! (They fit true to size, too.)
-- So many good handbags on sale! Just look at this round up: The Rebecca Minkoff MAB tote, this Kate Spade classic and this Tory Burch tote. And just look at this Chloe bag. Sigh. *inserts praying hands emoji*
-- I'm still too hot to think about coats this early but I did browse and found this striped number and this faux fur gem. If only it wasn't 100 degrees waiting for me in Texas.
