YASSSSSSSSS. That’s the sound my brain makes when I drink this cocktail. It’s basically a southside, plus a little bit of extra. Throw in some mint for extra freshness, pour in some club soda to make it fizz, and you’ve got yourself the ultimate hot weather drink. Just throw down a towel, grab a straw, and soak in the sun.

2 ounces gin (or vodka)

1/4 cup sliced cucumber

5 mint leaves

1 tablespoon simple syrup

3 ounces club soda

Muddle together all of the ingredients other than the club soda, add ice, shake for 15 seconds, strain, top with club soda. Enjoy!
