It’s no wonder Nadia’s relocation to the English countryside inspired her to create a new collection! That
part of the world is absolutely beautiful, and I can only imagine it gets even better in spring. Nadia is the designer behind
Nadinoo, a lovely independent clothing label I’ve
mentioned several times before. It’s been a few years since her last collection, and things have changed visibly. The pieces are now more practical, looser, with longer hemlines. The prints (by Genevieve Godbout) are beautiful as ever, and the ensembles are easily recognizable as Nadinoo. “Although comfort, smart and simple are high on my wish list I’m certainly not ready to slip away from the fun side of fashion altogether. I still lust after bold prints, vibrant colours, quality fabrications and originality in design and see no reason why all these can not come together to create an exciting alternative to what is available,” she mentions. I just love the
Fine Day Dress, while some of the other designs give me a sudden urge to pick fresh fruit and flowers.
