Life Lately

Oh, hey! I thought I'd be better about getting back into blogging once I moved back to SF, but clearly that's not the case. Here's a little of what's been going on in my life. Until I get back on the blogging train i'm still instagramming like woah.

I've been subbing at different schools around the city. Such a different experience than being the regular classroom teacher. Although the unpredictability of the class/school/availability is hard and the pay is pretty rough, it's so nice not to have to worry about the next days lesson plans, the IEPs, the staff meetings, parents concerns, long term behavior problems, etc

Dogsitting for the best dog ever, Buster! I loved him so much and didn't even care that I couldn't breathe all weekend from allergies or the piles of hair he left all over the couch and floor! I want him forever!

Celebrated Boo Boo's 1st birthday!

Had a fun weekend in Tahoe. Drove in the blizzarding snow (i've never been the driver in the mountains/snow before this! go me!) on the way up. And then woke up to pouring rain = no skiing :(

Bar Bocce in Sausalito

All of my friends came down to stay at my parents house for a weekend in the so-cal sun. My brothers had the time of lives getting so much attention and being one of the boys.

Mid-week beer flights. Becoming such a hipster with my new liking to beer.

So many fun days and nights with my friends.
