It's no secret that I consider the ocean my second home and an endless source of inspiration. I have been lucky to grow up by the beach since I was little, so to be able to shoot photos on a deck that feels as if you could jump into the sea at a whim is just magical. I have had this elwood two piece all summer and I lived in it when I spent a couple of weeks away in Byron Bay. When you live out of a suitcase even if it's only for a little bit, it's practical to have items you can rotate multiple times. So this dress-top-skirt combo is the perfect option when living off limited options.
I finally have invested in some flats as well, after what seems like months. I'm not sure why the most practical of footwear is the last thing I ever think to buy. These jewelled sandals by Aleeyas are just devine and are encrusted with Swarovski crystals. The boy and I loved them so much that we got a pair for his Mum's birthday as well. They are such a worthwhile investment as they come with a second pair of interchangeable jeweled straps.
