Sunday Food Prep Inspiration 113

I just did a little food prep last weekend since I knew my parents would be coming in town:

Here’s what some of you have been up to:

HB Eggs Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Rosemary Make ahead turkey sausage and egg breakfast sandwiches Cornflake Chicken Fingers (approx. 1.75 lbs before cooking) (via Fannetastic Food) Slow cooker ground turkey, kale, and white bean soup (my own concoction) (Not Pictured) A bunch of veggies ready to be roasted including asparagus and broccoli (Also not pictured) Fresh veggies for salads including bell peppers, spinach, and green beans! The chicken fingers are so versatile and delicious! I plan on eating them as is with some veggie sides as well as atop salads for lunch during the work week! I love this soup, as it stands on its own. It’s full of white beans, lean ground turkey, and kale. I’m currently working on losing a few pounds while gaining some muscle, so I’ll probably throw in a protein shake here and there for post-workout snacks. They usually consist of unsweetened almond milk, designer whey protein, and maybe a shot of espresso or spoon of peanut butter.
