Glamorous New Years Eve Makeup Tutorial

Hi everyone! This is the perfect glamorous New Years Eve Makeup Tutorial with a smokey winged liner. It’s glamorous, dramatic, fun, sultry, and super smokey.

It’s a smoked out cat eye, which is one of my favorite makeup looks since it looks beautiful on anyone! It’s great for those with hooded lids, as the cat eye we are doing is very smoked out, so it will work for any eye type.

Using this technique will really elongate the eyes giving that sultry almond eye shape. I also added a pop of gold glitter to really glam up this makeup to make it suitable for any party or of course, a new years eve party. What better way to ring in the new year with a new makeup look;)

Remember you don’t have to do everything I did. You can always change up the colors to anything that you have in your own collection, you can always adjust a look to suit you!
