SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY! I don’t have a lot of time to schedule viewings so please only contact me if you are seriously interested. First person with cash will get her. I will hold with a NON-Refundable deposit only.
She will be sold as-is, where is.
I also added the free standing storage cabinet that you see below. That’s brand new and hasn’t been secured (ie; screwed down) yet. It’s included with the trailer however, I’m going to leave it free standing so the new owner can decide if they want to keep it or not. With the cabinet there, it still allows for enough room to access the area where the water tank, A/C plug, etc., is. It’s a nice place to be able to store clothing and such. There is also storage under each of the dinette seats.
Double sized bed. Sorry my vintage sheets and curtains are not included. This bed is comfy too by the way!
The A/C is ice cold! I love how this trailer has the option of A/C yet the A/C is built in, in such a way that it’s not sticking outside of the trailer. The only thing showing is a well placed vent on the front of the trailer. Kudo’s to the restoration shop for doing it that way!
For your cooking pleasure on those days maybe you just need to heat something up or if it’s raining outside, you have this lovely brand new microwave and a new gas 2-burner cook top. The new orange fridge rounds out the trio.
I added a new wood shelf across the entire length of the kitchen. I was planning on doing some sort of pretty wallpaper/contact paper type backsplash across the back of the kitchen wall so you ladies use your creative vision and hopefully, you’ll see what I was seeing is possible in this sweet little trailer. Of course if your vision isn’t the same as mine that’s OK too
I also bought a tension curtain rod (included) for the access opening you see in the kitchen and was going to make some cute curtains to go across there.
I do have a optional orange awning that I will sell separate if interested. It’s a nice heavy canvas awning.
OK, it gets a bit scary below for a second with this first photo. Little Bird was a hot little mess! Remember that is a BEFORE picture. (I also have other before photos upon request). Here also are some showing you the rebuild.
