WHITE ON WHITE RAF SIMONS

Hello chunky, monochrome, monstrocious darlings. Welcome home to the Response Trail sneakers by Raf Simons for Adidas. Although I always greatly admire the unlikely color combos by mr Simons on the feet of all the boys around me, these white on white trails were made for my wardrobe. In real life the layering of materials and textures is even more impressive and I love the little awkward hint of a 2000s running shoe they seem to have. Later I learned that they were actually inspired by technical ski jumping footwear. You can imagine how thrilled I was to find out that this season, Raf’s chunky take on trainers came in women’s sizes too.
