NEW 21 Day Meditation Experience w/ Oprah & Deepak July 2015


Oh I’m so excited for a NEW and always FREE, 21 Day Meditation Experience from Oprah and Deepak! As of August, I’ve been meditating every day for a year and it has truly changed my life. Though I can chant a bit or get into a mantra-based meditation on my own now, I still prefer a guided meditation and Deepak’s are my favorite. I’m so glad I accidentally found these free meditations to give me the guidance I needed to learn how to meditate and make it a priority in my life. For me, it’s a bit of a life-saver.

It’s the first thing I do when I wake up in the morning and my favorite two, which I’ve purchased and downloaded on my phone and listen to via the free Mediation Experience app are Perfect Health and Expanding your Happiness –but I’m itching for a new one.

The last one, Manifesting True Success, was not my favorite. I had a difficult time disassociating it with work and so it didn’t do as much for my mental health as the others did and still do, which of course I listen to on repeat, so I’m excited for this new one Manifesting Grace through Gratitude, to add to my queue.

Deepak chopra – The Secret of Healing – Meditations For Transformation and Higher Consciousness on YouTube when I need a little something extra or want to stretch, breathe, and relax, but each morning I start my day with a 20 minute meditation from Oprah & Deepak and honestly don’t feel complete without it.
