A Lovely Fruit Salad For A Lovely Person

Hey there gorgeous, beautiful You! I hope the sun is shining wherever you are.Two years ago I met with a truly wonderful man. I knew when I first lay my eyes on him that we would be destined to be a couple. From that moment on I waited for four years for the right circumstances to fall into place, and as soon as it did, he contacted me and the rest is history. This week we have been celebrating our get-together and today, the third and last day of celebration, I made a yummy fruit salad for a picnic. Its very simple, perfect to throw together when you dont have that much time (to make a cake). I made a vanilla sauce (actually without any vanilla) to go with the fruits. Its almost the same batter as in the "Swirled Summer Cake" I sent out to my eLetter readers last week. Thank you for all of your loving comments and appreciation by the way! Its funny how a vanilla sauce without any vanilla can fool anyone to believe it contains vanilla. What can I say, Lucuma powder works in mysterious ways... ;) Not to mention that this vanilla sauce taste like sponge cake batter (!!!!!!!) Its due to the hemp seeds and, again Lucuma and Lemon. Try it!!Thanks for reading, talk to you soon!/Karolina~ Join me on Facebook Find my recipe eBooks Join me on PinterestFruit Salad with "Vanilla" SauceFruits: Mandarin, pear, kiwi, dragon fruit, peach and banana.
