Red Carpet Countdown: Grammys Red Carpet 2015
Last night was the award show most of us have been waiting for – The Grammys! Anybody who’s anybody in the music industry was in attendance for the big night. The Grammy’s are known for having one of the most interesting red carpets. You never quite know what you’re going to get. Keep reading for our rundown!
One of our favorite looks of the night was Nicki Minaj. Her beauty look had us at hello. She’s serving face with just a natural beat and sleek combed back hair. We just love what her hairstylist Oscar James did to her look. And the deep neckline on this fringed Tom Ford dress was just icing on the cake.
Another favorite was Gwen Stefani in an Atelier Versace jumpsuit. Pants on the red carpet are always amazing when done right, and Gwen got it right! The detailed bustier with minimal accessories and natural makeup pulled her look together perfectly!
Yasss, Queen Bey! As you can see, black was a big trend on the Grammys Red Carpet and Beyoncé was a leader in Proenza Schouler. The sheer embroidered gown was hugging her curves in all the right places! With her signature long blonde locks, Bey was serving up perfection, as usual!
Another beauty in black, Ciara served leg in a ruffled Alexandre Vauthier gown. I definitely applaud her for taking a fashion risk, but not sure if I like the look. What are your thoughts?
Kim Kardashian switched it up in a gold Jean Paul Gaultier robe gown. She looked stunning! We loved everything from the 100 karat dress to her new cropped haircut and makeup! Kanye may be her undercover stylist, but Kim’s beauty team is the force that keeps her looking like a glowing goddess on the red carpet.
Jennifer Hudson was on the Grammy’s red carpet last night flaunting her amazing body. This simple strapless white dress by Tom Ford was a great choice for her. She could have done a much bolder shoe to accent the simple dress, but that statement lip and cat eye make up for it!
Flower child, Jhené Aiko, was stunning on the Grammys Red Carpet in this Alberta Ferretti gown. She isn’t always an eyecatcher on the red carpet, but this look gave us life! The blush strapless gown and natural makeup look was true to her laid back, earthy style and still formal enough for the occasion. Go Jhené!
Zendaya is known for her stylish looks, on and off the red carpet, and the Grammys Red Carpet was no exception! She served leg in an asymmetrical Vivienne Westwood wrap gown. As if the amazing dress choice wasn’t enough, Zendaya also debuted her new pixie cut and slayed us all! The hair and dark lip combo was giving 90′s Nia Long.
Last but not least, is the style icon herself, Rihanna. Many were not a fan of this look. We saw the IG comparison pics rolling in as soon as she got on the carpet. Rihanna never does the expected and is known to take style risks. This voluptuous pink Giambattista Valli gown, paired with a top knot and bold earrings was so elegant and true to her risk-taking style.
