All About Me A-Z Teacher Printable
Well by now you all have probably settled into your school routine: packing lunches, making sure teeth get brushed and maybe even looking ahead to teacher appreciation week. And that is where I come in! My awesome sister in law sends a questionnaire to her boys' teachers at the beginning of the year so that when an occasion arises where she needs to send a little something special for them she has a list of their likes and dislikes. Genius I know right?!
I decided to take it a little step further and make the questionnaire an A-Z themed printable. It's perfect for teachers at school, dance, church, sports coaches...you could even fill it out yourself and give it to your husband or kids! Who know when they might want to shower you with gifts!
