Chalkboard Planner

There is something so refreshing about the new year. Fresh start, new goals and an opportunity to make things a little simpler and fresher. Organizing my days is always helpful and when I write it down it helps me stay on top of things.

This is the best time a year to get organized, and what better way to do so than with a daily wall planner? This is not only a simple way to keep your daily goals front and center, but studies show you’re 40% more likely to follow through on your goals if you write them down.

What you’ll need:

  • An old window frame
  • A piece of plywood (to size of your window frame)
  • chalkboard paint
  • A small caddie (optional)

Simply paint the plywood with chalkboard paint, allow to dry and
then attach to the back of the window frame with wood glue or nails.

OPTIONAL: Add functionality by adding a small caddie to hold chalk or other knick knacks.

Our Picnic Duo/Trio would be perfect for this project.

So there you have it. Easy and simple, so you can spend your time and effort achieving your goals for the new year! It’s cute, functional, and it personalizes your space.
