New Favorite {Stylish & Affordable} Furniture Source

It’s been cold and dreary here for months. VERY cold. VERY dreary. But last week my mood was lifted when I was invited to visit a bright spot of sunshine right here in Philadelphia for a much-needed dose of treasure hunting among gorgeous, affordable pieces at Nadeau Philadelphia. If you don’t live in Philly, no worries– Nadeau has plenty of locations for you to find this exotic, trendy, and curated furniture collection, keep reading to see if Nadeau is in your neighborhood too.
This hidden gem is located in Manayunk in Philadelphia, and has 2 floors of furniture to browse. Furniture that YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PUT TOGETHER or wait 8 weeks to be delivered, it’s already handcrafted and ready to purchase off the floor. Right off the bat, I was drawn to the variety of styles and how solid the pieces were. I kept running my hands along the edges and ooooh-ing over the designs. And then I noticed the price tags and my jaw dropped, for the RIGHT reasons! For example, check out the details on this bright, beautifully carved bookcase:
It’s huge and very solid, so I was playing a game trying to guess what it might cost. Needless to say, I didn’t think it would be THIS:
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but was thrilled to find there was a huge variety of styles from country to eclectic to industrial to modern to traditional… and everything in between. The pieces are incredibly versatile for both home or apartment (or office, or classroom. Or beach house.)
Unlike most stores, when you purchase furniture at Nadeau you can bet your friends won’t own the same piece. And on that note, if you fall in love with something there you’ll want to snap it up because you won’t find it again!
I can’t even imagine what this handmade inlaid chair with velvet seat would cost in a boutique store. We’re talking upwards of 1K, at least. Not at Nadeau!
This was one of my favorites, an industrial style console table that would also make a great storage piece for almost any room, but particularly the kitchen:
If I had room for even one more footstool in my home I would have walked away with this embroidered piece.
The handcrafted details are gorgeous. These are not typically details you find at such an affordable price point!
Check out the woodgrain on the top of a trendy wood and metal desk:
Sprinkled among the furniture were fun home decor accessories with wide appeal.
New styles arrive regularly, which means it’s almost time for me to head back and hunt for more treasure. This time with a bigger trunk so I can take home the pieces I love.
Here’s a tiny snippet of the store as seen from the second floor. This is about 1/25th of the store. So much to see!
Is there a Nadeau in your area, too?
I bought one of these happy gold birds to remind me that spring will, someday, arrive. Until then (and after, too) I’ll find my sunshine in the bright colors, fun styles, and happy atmosphere at Nadeau Philadelphia.
Mama needs a bigger car trunk.
Did you see anything you loved? Is there a Nadeau in your city too? Disclosure: This is a sponsored post on behalf of Nadeau Philadelphia.
