Its an understatement to say this NYC summer is heating up. I'm not usually a fan of sleeveless vests by themselves but the scorching heat has me trying out lots of new style ideas. I paired the perfect summer longline Eloquii vest with a size XXL neon sports bra from Target and high waist shorts with a bold print to contrast the color. I love the look of this oversized vest since It can be closed for a more clea. Try pairing a bold blond earring to add some sparkle to the look.
