SHARM TO THE SHEIKH: EGYPT

(Bikini - Topshop, Sunglasses - Vintage)

Yesterday, I was welcomed back from Egypt with rain, so I decided to get straight onto writing a blogpost to reminisce on the Egyptian sunshine.
It's not a surprise that it was almost impossible to find any kind of summer clothing at this time of year. As I approached the Topshop swim wear range, I'm pretty sure I saw some Tumbleweed float past… it was well and truly limited. But after I traditionally raided the rails, I found this cut-out high waisted Bikini. In-between camel riding and quad biking, my aim was to do absolutely nothing - but to take full advantage of the sun and unlimited cocktails. Although, my highlight has to be winning a bottle of champagne from playing Bingo and finding myself jumping into the pool at 3am.

As a 'can't-stay-in-one-place-for-too-long' type person, I'll be blogging all my travels, to give my best advice on the trips.
I stayed at Iberotel Il Mercato - an all inclusive Five Star hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. To say the hotel is filled to the rim with couples is an understatement, but it definitely does add to the relaxed atmosphere. When you're craving a night out the hotel is only ten minutes from Bars/Clubs (such as Pacha, Hard Rock Cafe and Space), which all have 'all inclusive' deals. I recommend Quad Biking and Camel Riding in the desert to get the real Egypt experience. All in all, Egypt is a perfect winter getaway, to catch some much-needed sun. Now with the bikini packed away till next year, I'm currently writing this post in front of the fire to try and cure my sun withdrawal symptoms.
