Fringe Shorts

Fringe is a huge trend for spring but that isn’t why I love these shorts. To be honest, they really remind me of Kate Moss and I love anything Kate Moss! I feel like you need to wear them with a loose white top, ankle booties, and be walking the streets of Paris. Maybe I am just dreaming now but these shorts are quite dreamy! Don’t you think?
