The frozen weather has finally snapped here in the South. We've been pelted with ice, snow, rain and everything in between this winter. I'm happy to finally be able to get dressed in something other than pyjamas and a blanket.

I've rediscovered a love of sneakers, because my poor feet cannot handle much in the way of shoes since I busted up my left foot/ankle. I seem to have forgotten how to arrange my face for pictures. But ah well.

Mostly I've been worrying over this clingy dude. All the bed to sit on and he lays his big ol' self directly on my knees and ankles. See that paw? That's his possessive paw. When I try to get up in the morning, he wraps those claws into my foot or leg and clings.
