Weeky Wrap Up – Sniffles and Cake

We’ve had a big week here! Dora turned 3 and I celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary with hubby. Poor Dora caught a nasty cold which was passed on to me and eventually little Moo :( Poor little girls.

I made a Sulley (Monster’s Inc) inspired cake for her actual birthday. We shared it with Nanny who balked at the colours. It was quite bright.

We are having a little family celebration for Dora’s birthday tomorrow. I am making her a Mike Wazowski cake. Here’s hoping it’s as easy as it looks on Pinterest.

I have bought some Monsters decorations and some slime to put in her sand and water table for the kids to play with and some tattoos. I’m making ‘monster pudding’ with green jelly and sour worms down the bottom and vanilla custard with sprinkles on top. The rest of the food is typical party food with some fresh sandwiches and home made sausage rolls thrown in.
