Where Space Becomes Time – Leadenhall Market & Daisy Knights

Just in time for the clocks to ‘spring’ forward over the weekend – I received a brand spanking new watch by Daisy Knights via Selfridges. Daisy Knights is a new jewellery designer. Selfridges stock the gorgeous line of watches, but she also designs other pieces such as earcuffs and statement rings.

I met my brother for drinks at Duck and Waffle. On our way from the tube we decided to check out Leadenhall Market. We were shooting the watch and I look up and see ‘Space here becomes time’ quote….what a coincidence! I was accidentally on theme.

There was a few people around taking photos but Leadenhall on the weekend is pretty quiet…making it a great location for snaps. Leadenhall is a grand Victorian structure built in 1881, Harry Potter fans will recognise it from where some of the exterior Diagon Alley scenes were filmed . All the shops and restaurants are shut on the weekend, so don’t expect to do any eating or shopping.

I am crazy over the Isabel Marant lace-up ballet flats (as is everyone). Alas I am very, very poor at the moment. Any money I make is going towards a new kitchen and bathroom. We are currently buying a Victorian cottage and I couldn’t be more excited. I am also very nervous with the amount of work that needs doing to it…more on that in a later post! I had to settle for the New Look version of the ballet flats. I don’t usually buy shoes that are not leather, plastic shoes always seem to be so uncomfortable. I am actually pretty impressed with the fit of these. I wore them all around London on the weekend and no pinching or rubbing at all.
