10 smoothie recipes (easy, healthy and delicious) – Food blogger for a day

No, Miss at la Playa is not turning into a lifestyle blog with posts about recipes, diets or fitness routines. But I wanted to try for a day, well, I follow more food Instagram accounts than of anything else (my absolute favorite is Aiala Hernando). El Corte Ingles proposed me this collaboration on the occasion of the launch of the Versa Oster blender, in an action with other bloggers involved. I loved the photos of their cookbook, so here you go!

You will need:


Fruits, nuts, chocolate, coffee… It will depend on the recipe, but all of them are basic ingredients.

Recipes:


Energy smoothie
Ingredients:

For 2 people

  • 2 red oranges peeled and chopped
  • 2 oranges, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tangerines, peeled and chopped
  • 500 ml of coconut water
  • Ice and lime wedges to serve

Blueberry and coconut smoothie
Ingredients:

For 2 people

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 240 g of frozen blueberries
  • 500 ml of coconut water
  • 1/2 peeled and chopped beets
  • 40 g walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Cream chocolate and hazelnut milk
Ingredients:

For 1,25 liters

  • 1 liter of cold filtered water
  • 240 g of raw hazelnuts, soaked for at least 8 hours and drained
  • 80 g chocolate chips
  • 40g cocoa powder
  • 85 g of pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Steps:

  1. 1. Add the hazelnuts and water to the bowl of the mixer. Secures the rear.
  2. 2. Beat at high speed for 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add remaining ingredients. Secures the rear.
  4. 4. Beat at high speed for 20 seconds.
  5. 5. Place the bag of nuts in a bowl (preferably in the sink) and pour the contents of the bowl of the mixer in the bag.
  6. 6. Strain the milk through the bag so that it falls into the bowl. Almond flour will remain in the bag.
  7. 7. Pour the milk into the glass. Add the sweetener and salt you want. Secures the rear.
  8. 8. Beat on LOW speed for 10 seconds.
  9. 9. Save the mixture in an airtight container and leave in the refrigerator between 2 and 3 days.

Banana chai smoothie
Ingredients:
For 3 people

  • 4 frozen bananas
  • 750 ml of skim milk or coconut water
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground anise seed
  • Pinch of sea salt

Coffee and chocolate frapuccino
Ingredients:
For 2 people

  • 3 cups of espresso
  • 12 ice cubes
  • 250 ml skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 30 g of black chocolate

Peach green
Ingredients:
For 2 people

  • 1 banana
  • 1 boneless peach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 250g Greek yoghurt
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 40g baby spinach
  • 125 ml coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Hidden green
Ingredients:
For 3 people

  • 2 bananas
  • 500 ml of almond milk
  • 240 g frozen raspberries
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 40g baby spinach
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds

Immune
Ingredients:
For 3 people

  • 1 large mango, peeled and pitted
  • 1/2 cantaloupe, peeled and seeded
  • 1/2 pineapple, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 500 ml of unsweetened almond milk
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 60 g of almond
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds

Peanuts and chocolate smoothie
Ingredients:
For 2 people

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 500 ml skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Pot de crème with chocolate
Ingredients:
For 6 people

  • 320 g chocolate chips
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • whipped cream
  • Grated chocolate to serve

Steps:

  1. 1. Mix the cream and coffee in a small bowl. Heat it in the microwave until the coffee is dissolved.
  2. 2. Place the chocolate, eggs and vanilla in the bowl of the mixer.
  3. 3. Process the mixture to the PULSE function until chocolate is grinded.
  4. 4. Change the mixer on low speed. Slowly add the mixture of cream through the lid.
  5. 5. Pour chocolate into serving dishes. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until solidified.
  6. 6. Top with whipped cream and grated chocolate. Serve.

Tips to prepare homemade nuts milk

  1. 1. Sweeten: With 1 or 2 tablespoons honey, maple syrup, agave syrup, rice bran oil or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  2. 2. Strain: To prepare many recipes of nuts milk, you will find it necessary to use a ‘bag of nuts’. This is a bag made of a like a gauze or ultrathin cheesecloth (muslin) substance.
  3. 3. Leftover pulp: After preparing a nuts milk, there will be a certain amount of pulp that do not have to use. You can dry the pulp with the lower oven temperature (40 ° c) and leaving the oven door slightly open. This process takes between 6 and 7 hours and the result is a delicious almond flour that can be used in cookies, breads and muffins.

Ingredients:

  • A proportional amount of papaya and pineapple
  • Juice of three oranges
  • Chia seeds
