Do you know Dashboard Confessionals? I’m not sure I mentioned them before on here, but they’re a band from America who I love! The lead singer/songwriter has a real talent for writing poetic lyrics: “you’re measuring your minutes by a clock that’s blinking eights” — took me forever to figure that one out (it’s digital clock that’s not been set so it shows 88:88, which is obviously not useful when measuring time). Also the lead guy is really hot ♥ which is never a bad thing, right? ;)

I can only recommend their The Places You’ve Come To Fear The Most album, which is basically one favourite song after another!

Anyho, enough about one of my favourite bands, and onto the outfit!

I love what I call the “Top Half of Kate Middleton”‘s dress from BANK *, which I actually wore to the Cosmo Blog Awards ceremony! I like to think it elongates my legs a little bit haha! I love that the dress is so versatile. Coupled with that coat and those shoes it looks elegant; add a leather jacket and it looks so different! Brilliant ♥

Thoughts on this outfit? Also, thoughts on my writing bi-lingual again? YAY OR NAY?

Habt ihr schon mal was von Dashboard Confessionals gehoert? Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich sie hier schon mal erwaehnt habe, aber das ist eine amerikanische Band auf die ich voll abgehe! Der Frontman hat wirklich ein super Talent fuer’s Schreiben von poetischen Testen: “you’re measuring your minutes by a clock that’s blinking eights” (“du misst die Zeit mit einer Uhr die Achten zeigt”), wo ich echt lange drueber nachdenken musste, bis ich’s verstand (es geht um eine digitale Uhr, die nicht gestellt ist und daher 88:88 zeigt, was natuerlich nicht hilft beim Zeitmessen) Und der Typ is zusaetzlich auch noch total hot ♥ was ja nie stoeren kann, wa? ;)

Ich kann euch nur das The Places You’ve Come To Fear The Most Album empfehlen, was wirklich ein Lieblingslied nach dem anderen drauf hat!

Ich liebe dieses Kleid von BANK *, was ich “Top Half of Kate Middleton” (Obere Haelfte von Kate Middleton) getauf habe, was ich zu den Cosmo Blog Awards an hatte. Ich bin der Meinung (oder der Hoffnung), dass es meine Beine ein bisschen laenger aussehen laesst haha! Ich liebe es, dass das Kleid so vielseitig ist. Mit dem Mantel und den Schuhen sieht’s elegant aus; mit ner Lederjacke und Stiefeln wuerd’s komplett anders aussehen! Geil ♥
