Starting at 211 pounds in February of 2013, I knew I was unhappy and needed to change. A year later I have lost 61 pounds and I plan on losing another 29 to reach my goal of 121 and a total weight loss of 90 pounds. I am 5'4" and have developed a love for exercise (Zumba being my favorite) and I am discovering healthy eating habits. I blog to keep a documentary of this journey to motivate myself never to go back and to inspire others who are seeking to lose weight.
