The Real Housewives of Baltimore County

It is no secret that I am lovin my Real Housewives of Baltimore T-shirt that a pal bought me for my birthday from fab Hampden store Kiss N Makeup. Baltimore, for those that don't know, is made up of Baltimore City and Baltimore County. The City of Baltimore is full of crime, crooks, eccentrics, scenes from John Waters movies and lots of colorful fashions. In a nutshell, it is a lot more fun than Baltimore County (as can be seen by what the housewives are getting up to on my t-shirt) and people move to the County for the fresh air and good schools. The average fashion of the Baltimore County housewife is a beige or pastel colored jogging suit accessorized with a baseball cap....in short, boring. As you all know I am strictly HOT PINK all the way but am still vying to be the face of Real Housewives of Baltimore County.

Anyway, it will come as no surprise to you out there that I have become pals with a similarly zany Brit Housewife - and abuser of spray Tan - Claire Bolden McGill who pens a funny blog UK Desperate Housewife USA and lives nearby in Howard County.
We had a wonderful time recently as she popped over for a drinkie-poo and a look at my Mock Tudor tree house. We chewed the fat for quite some time. What fun to meet someone who gets her knickers in a twist, says trousers instead of pants, bum instead of fanny, jam instead of jelly and poo instead of poop. The bottom line was that we were dead excited that it was SPRING AT LAST after three months of snow.

Lots of giggles were had and despite our geographical differences The Real Housewives of Baltimore County and The Real Housewives of Howard County found a common ground ...... and are available as a double act for Bar Mitzvahs, Bridal Showers, Hen Nights, Mormon Stag Nights, Baby Showers etc. Watch this space ....... and buy the t-shirt.
