Refrigerator Snack Station
Blog contributor: Kristen Fuller
It's summer now and its been a challenge to keep eating healthy while on break. Another change that summer brings is loss of an appetite. I was noticing this with my little guy and how he wasn't eating meals, but drinking a lot and eating random snacks throughout the day. It made me think about the snacks I had around my house. How could I give Wes a snack with the highest nutritional value possible? I came across this amazing idea on Pinterest. I thought this was brilliant. I'm all about prepping things to make it easier on you in the long run, so when I saw this I knew this would be a perfect solution to my problem.
