Florence the Machine, What Kind of Man. So good to have you back.

What: As in, what went down this week/end.

Can you tell I am sick of dressing for winter? Seriously. It just needs to quit.

I am on winter strike and only buying spring clothing and fun items for a warm weather get away, for which we have yet to actually buy tickets, or obtain a passport for our daughter for. So you'll need to bear with these winter get ups.

Also, this happens to be what I wore out to eat Shake Shack with the fam. So I needed comfy, baggy gear to accommodate the amount of food that we consumed. I mean, at least I didn't wear leggings. Which I thought about. Seriously. It's gotten that bad. Though I did try to spice up this otherwise bland outfit with a fun necklace and my Mr. Magoo red glasses. I look slightly crazy, but seriously ready for Shake Shack, no? Behind these red lenses is a serious yearning for custard shakes and cheese fries.

Where: As in, where it's at. Launches, events, general goings on you need to know about.

Join me for much needed spring inspiration and fashion this Friday at Bloomingdales Chestnut Hill! I'll be on hand from 1-3, spreading some Instagram wisdom, French pastry, and styling tips. What more do you need on a Friday afternoon, I ask? Friends of all ages welcome, as in, bring those kiddies! Full details here. Hope to see you there!

You know my obsession with Swedish design. Well documented in the fashion arena. Extends to furniture as well and my friends at Lekker, who bring the furniture maker ASPLUND to Boston. Oh and be sure to stop in from Thursday, March 5 through Thursday, March 19 and enjoy 15% off all Vitra and Carl Hansen products.

Did I mention Shake Shack opened at Legacy Place and Newbury Street this week? Last chance to indulge your winter blues. Both outposts will featuree Whoopie Pie Oh My, vanilla frozen custard blended with whoopie pie from our own South End Buttery).

Boston Ballet presents Val Caniparoli's Lady of the Camellias, through March 8th at the Boston Opera House. Time to elevate your date night.
