In Transition

We did it. We moved. WE MOVED.
But, it's not over. We're currently staying with some gracious friends for the next couple of weeks until we can make our final move into our new home in mid July. In all honesty, the situation couldn't be any more perfect (other than being able to just live in our new home, obviously), and the kids are doing great with the transition. We're pretty sure they understand that we're waiting to get into our "new home" and that we won't be returning to the "old home." We've made it a priority to make every day an adventure in hopes of them feeling secure and distracted from the transition. There have been many picnics, play dates, beach days, and water fights that have been great for all of our spirits. The kids are happy, therefore, I'm happy.
