Cream cheese, crumbled bacon, horseradish, garlic, and cheddar... this creamy dip will be the hit of your game day party!

We are HUGE dippers in this family. The boys even call salsa "dip" and pretty much beg us for their own bowl whenever the snacking mood strikes! Wesley is even brave enough to try the super spicy dips Paul concocts at night. He had more guts than me, I'll tell you that!
Seriously though - this onion ring dip will be the HIGHLIGHT of your next game day party! Our football get togethers are usually very casual but snacks and dips are an absolutely MUST for our crowd! Silas is starting to really get into sports and watching games on TV, so it's fun seeing how excited he gets. As for me?
I'm pretty much only there for the food. HA!

Ok, ok - you have to admit - I'm NOT the only one, right?! I've been to a handfull of football and baseball games in the past. After all, I was born and raise in Philadelphia - we love our sports in Philly! When I'm actually AT the game, even I'll admit - it's really exciting to root for the home team. When we're just sitting at home watching it on TV... you will most likely find me and my sister chatting, eating, and perusing Pinterest on our phones. :)

This dip - OH MAN this dip! Alexia Onion Rings are one of my favorite snacks and this dip is perfect!

Slow Cooker Bacon Horseradish Onion Ring Dip
Ingredients
  • 3 (8 oz) packages 1/3 less fat cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup half & half
  • 3 tablespoons horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 package Alexia Onion Rings
Cooking Directions
  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffly. Add in half & half, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and crumbled bacon. Stir until well combined. Transfer to a small Crockpot and cook on high for 2 hours. About 15 minutes before dip is done, cook onion rings according to package. Serve onion rings with warm dip.

I picked up the Alexia Onion Rings for this recipe in the frozen food section at Walmart. I also plan on making our favorite sweet potato fries tomorrow night for dinner - yum! What's your favorite way to serve onion rings or fries to your family?
