Marshmallow Gingerbread Men Pops

I love gingerbread men in all forms...cookies, cupcakes, cheesecakes, truffles, and now...marshmallows! Who can resist such tasty cuteness? Not I!

I spotted these sweet fellas and knew I had to add some to my own gingerbread sweets collection.

The Decorated Cookie includes a great tutorial! These are pretty simple, and that's another reason that I like them so much! I had a ball trying to come up with different facial details... I used Wilton's gingerbread flavored candy melts for the dipping and they were so yummy! All the white is royal icing. The pupils are black candy beads and the cheeks are assorted sprinkles. The heads are inserted on striped lollipop sticks.

And then this guy happened, haha! He was more time-consuming, so I only made one. :) I will stick to the heads right now at this busy time of year!
