[Swatch] P2 ~ Brown Splendor

I am terribly late with this post and by the time you read this, said nail polish will probably be gone. I hate to show you a nail polish that is hardly available, sorry for that, but I just have to share the beauty of P2 - Brown Splendor with you. This polish was part of the Gold & Crown LE for Fall 2014, which was available at German DM drugstores. If you can still find it in the clearance bin, grab it!

P2 - Brown Splendor is a reddish brown base with golden, copper and red shimmer. In sunlight it even shows specks of purple. In the bottle it has a subtle duochrome effect, but this does not translate onto the nail. Shown here are two coats with top coat.

In this macro shot of P2 - Brown Splendor you can see all the colors in the brown jelly base. It is so glowy and has so much depth, what is not to love about it?

In the shade or indirect light, the polish looks more brown with gold specks, but still very pretty.
I really enjoy the latest nail polish releases by P2. I wish this German drugstore brand got more attention across the blogosphere, as they have really stepped up their game this past year. Plus, their products are super affordable and quality is good.
