My Sister's Pink + Gold Bridal Shower

My younger sister is getting married, the last of the girls. Four girls and four boys, this will be the sixth wedding for my family and I can't believe it's almost here! For her bridal shower we went with a romantic pink and gold color scheme with plenty of greens. Check it out:

We borrowed the wreath from my mother, as well as the basket full of shower game prizes. This lovely quote we simply printed and framed.

My brother, a former landscaper who has moved on to landscape sales, is an amazing floral arranger and made these stunning centerpieces. The roses, lilies, and succulents were purchased and he took the rest from around my parent's house! So beautiful.
The mason jars we spray painted gold and they turned out lovely.

Advice, marital wisdom, and memories were written on Jenga pieces and given to the bride!

For her "wishing well" we asked guests to bring a spice to help get her kitchen started. On top of this cupboard we decorated with little spatulas and measuring spoons with sweet measurements: a heap of love, a spoonful of laugher, a dash of kindness...etc.

We divided 21 verses from Proverbs 31 (about "a virtuous wife") into gold dollar store frames a few lines at a time and placed one at each table.

All in all it was a wonderful day and everything went off without a hitch. Now that all the girls are married though the next shower we plan will most likely be for a baby! Oh how time flies.
