Céline Resort Spring 2015
CELINE RESORT SPRING 15 Phoebe Philo’s Spring ’15 collection was definitely a great surprise for me, so that I wanted to share it with you even if a little late, although you might have seen it already a while ago. Full looks and then into the details, to see the collection from a different perspective. The brand wanted to move away from the strict, edited look that the label has been known for, which was a long and on going process for Philo. Great importance was given to knits. Bold striped tunics with full skirts that extended below the knee, with the addition of chandelier rhinestone earrings that just keep getting bigger and bigger. Knit dresses in ivory or black were shown barefoot. The tailoring, though, was as sharp as ever, but pants were cropped with a flare or until the ground. For the evening, she pitched jumpsuits, bare-armed or long-sleeve. The final touch was given by the red of the heels. What do you guys think?
La collezione resort spring 15 di Phoebe Philo per Céline è stata -anche da parte mia- una delle più apprezzate della stagione, ecco perchè ho voluto condividerla con voi anche se probabilmente ne avrete già sentito parlare da tempo. Full look e poi il focus sul dettaglio, per vedere la collezione da un punto di vista differente. Il marchio ha voluto distaccarsi dal look severo che da sempre lo contraddistingue, un processo lungo e continuativo per Philo. L’enfasi è stata sulla maglieria. Tuniche a strisce di colore con gonne fino a sotto al ginocchio, come accessorio l’orecchino a candelabro dalle dimensioni sempre più importanti. Gli abiti in maglia color avorio e neri sono stati indossati a piedi nudi. La sartoria rimane pulita e netta, ma i pantaloni sono stati presentati in versione cropped e poi fino al pavimento. Per la sera, la designer ha scelto di presentare jumpsuit senza maniche e a manica lunga. Il tocco finale nella collezione è dato dalla scelta del rosso delle scarpe. Cosa ne pensate?
