Bundle Monster Traditional Polynesia stamping plates
Hi lovelies! I hope you're not tired of stamping plate reviews yet, because I have yet another awesome plateset to show you: the 'Traditional Polynesia' set from Bundle Monster! There are 4 Polynesia themed platesets, each set contains 5 plates. The images are all XL, but if that's not big enough for you, the other sets all have some fully covered plates as well! More on the plates below, first I'll show a mani I did with them :)
The plates come with a plastic back and the usual, easy to remove blue foil on the front. The images on these plates are 1.5x2.2cm, which is a lovely size for me (no issues with my thumbnails when they're a bit longer) and of course they're added to my comparison as well! And you know I love full nail designs, so plates packed with them? Yes please!
Bundle Monster has brought us themed sets before, and just like those sets, all 4 of the Polynesia sets match the theme SO very well! And this theme must've been quite inspiring them them, because they managed to fill up a whopping 20 plates with it :D You can find the 4 sets on their website. As mentionned above, the set that I received is the 'Traditional Polynesia' set, and here are the 5 plates of this set! You can click the images for an enlargement if you want.
I really like the combination between softer, tropical floral, geometrical and bold tribal on these plates! And then there's images that I think will look fantastic in various ways, like the image that's 2nd on the top left. Imagine that in a subtle tone-on-tone, or as a black on holo design! That specific design jumps out to me, together with the bottom row all the way left, and the 2 designs on the bottom right. Oh! And the other floral design, maybe in a darker green reverse stamping, fill in the leaves with a lighter green? (I seriously lack time for all the ideas in my head, lol!)
I've already used the bottom left image, but the 2nd from the top left image calls for me as well! Or how about top left, black with various colors perhaps? And again some cute floral designs :)
This plate focusses more on geometrical designs, and it does that very well! I have some diamond shaped glitters, they might look great as details in that image with the stripes with diamonds!
I think a lot of these images will absolutely rock in bright colors, but the image that I chose for the mani in this post, shows well that you can take it in any direction. I bet it'll look so different stamped in a bright red or some! These plates offer some scenery designs, like top left, but it's images like that tribal on the top right that straight away got my attention. 2 images to the left of it, another tribal-y image that I like a lot! And those cute little berries :) The image that I used today is one of my favorites as well!
Last but certainly not least! From a kiwi bird to a design made of turtles (bottom row, 2nd from the left). I can already tell you that the tribal-ish image in the middle of the bottom row looks fantastic on the nail :) And if you're looking for more specific designs, these plates clearly offer them as well!
All in all, I think these Polynesia platesets are great, and also perfect for this time of year, they feel so tropical! We have the matching sun right now, now where's my cocktail ^^ What do you think of this plateset? Wishing you a lovely sunny day as well, take care!
