Plus Size Silver And Black Outfit Inspiration

Last week I was delighted to be invited along with some other beautiful plus size fashion bloggers for dinner with plus size model Tess Holliday and Yours clothing.
I have written a whole blog post about this fantastic experience which I will share later in the week but first wanted to show you my outfit.
I didn't manage to get many outfit shots on the night itself so thought it deserved an outfit post all of its own.

My Supermodel dinner date outfit
When meeting someone as inspirational as Tess Holliday coupled with the fact that its an event held by a plus size fashion brand it can be quite tricky deciding what to wear.

Black and silver plus size style
I had planned an outfit of cigarette pants, heels and a suit jacket but London is incredibly warn at the moment and I feared I would melt into a puddle so at the last minute I decided that a sleek simple plus size look was the order of the day.
The lynch pin of my outfit was this beautiful black long tunic with silver hand foil stag design which was made by a great independent company called 1 of 1 design.

Its a simple bat wing number in a soft cotton. As soon as I tried it on I fell in love as its both unique but also so stylish. Best of all its made by a company who hand dye, embellish and create many products based on found objects or using upcycling so ticks so many of my boxes.

Sleek glossy plus size chic
Keeping with the sleek silhouette I have worn my black PU panel skirt by Boohoo which always makes me feel fan in a vaguely Kim K type of way.
Finishing off I took my black Vivienne Westwood bag and a pair of wide fit slingbacks my sunglasses are Chanel

To compliment all this noire fat sleek babeness I wore my hair down and straight. It was the perfect outfit for a perfect night. Plus size fashion at its best.
